Everyone has the opportunity to receive a tax credit by donating to a public benefit association:

-Individuals, when according to the Law on ‘’Personal Income Tax’’ the amount of donations is deducted from the annual taxable income before the taxation of income, but these amounts may not exceed 20% of the taxable income,

-Legal persons and companies, which are entitled to a corporation tax credit of 85% of the donated amount under the ‘’Corporate Income Tax Act’’, but the total discount may not exceed 20% of the total amount of tax.

Any property or financial resources transferred by the payer on a contractual basis to a budgetary authority or a public benefit organization (granted such status under the Law on Public Benefit Organizations) free of charge for the purposes set out in its statutes, constitution or statute shall be considered as a donation, unless there is an obligation on the recipient to perform acts which are considered as reward.

The tax credit does not apply if the purpose of the donation, as defined by the recipient, includes, direct or indirect reference to the particular recipient of the donation, who is an employee of the person or their family member.

IF THE DONATION HAS A SPECIFIC PURPOSE, THE ASSOCIATION IS OBLIGED TO USE THE FULL DONATION ONLY FOR THIS PURPOSE.

 WE WILL BE GRATEFUL IF YOU DONATE TO SUPPORT THE OPERATION OF THE ASSOCIATION - IT WILL HELP US WORK EVEN MORE EFFICIENTLY ON A DAILY BASIS IN ORDER TO ACHIEVE THE GOALS OF THE ASSOCIATION.

UPON THE REQUEST OF THE DONOR, WE CONCLUDE A DONATION CONTRACT FOR ANY AMOUNT, BUT DONATION CONTRACT IS MANDATORY IF THE DONATION EXCEEDS 10 TIMES THE NATIONAL MINIMUM WAGE.
